Haku blinked and looked around, hearing Enad'li's movements. Shadow kept himself and Venus shrouded in a slight mist, which was common in this town.

Enad'li smirked, though it was unseen, and rushed past Haku, brushing his leg. Marci made the mist a bit thicker and higher, which also wasn't unusal.

Haku kept calm, figuring that the local Pokemon were just trying to scare him off in order to protect themselves. He jotted down the behavior into his notes.

Venus winced, shaking a bit. Shadow looked at her, concerned. "You alright?"
"The pups will be here soon. Really soon." She said.

"Uh oh," Marci said. Though she was over 20,000 and had had a child of her own, she didn't know much about helping others delivering.

Marci also let her mist go. Her expression was clearly worried. "I...don't know much about this," she said. "Maybe the human does...?" She was a little wary of asking a stranger like this for help, but she was worried what might happen if there wasn't an expert on hand.
