Haku petted Venus, who liked his hand. "Thank you so much for helping us."
He smiled. "It's no problem."
"When are you leaving?"
"Tonight."
Venus simply nodded and fell asleep.

Enad'li waved her tails at Haku.
Marci appeared, floating upsidedown in front of Haku. "Bye," she said just a few inches from his face.

Haku smiled. "I'll come visit sometime."
Venus slowly came out of the house, carrying one of her daughters by the scruff. She gently placed the kit in front of him. "As a token of our thanks I give you my youngest daughter. I know you'll take care of her."
