Within a half hour, they came to lake Eternity, then to Adina's glade. "This is the final stop before I head back to the daycare."
ooc: If you think these two should end up together, you'll need to let me know what to have Barthello do or say to win Adina's heart.

Barthello looked back a moment and saw Adina in her true form for a second before she was out of sight.

Star stretched out. "Man, you like him," the Jolteon said blatantly. Adina straightened up.
"What?!" she said. "Where did you get that idea?!"
"Come on. You know I know you," Star said.

Barthello was a little disappointed that all he'd gotten was 2 small glimpses at her true form. He wanted to actually see her.

Barthello got back to the daycare. He decided to test his art skills by drawing a Mew while the pokemon weren't in immediate need.

Star and Ana walked out of the glade. "Man, she's so stubborn. She never admits anything to herself," Ana said.
"Yeah." Star nodded in agreement.

Barthello drew a pretty good Mew, but it made him think about Adina. "Man. Just those 2 glimpses, she was beautiful. Gah! I can't go obsessing over her, but it's hard to resist."

Adina stared up at the night sky as the stars began to come out. She studied the constellations, looking for anything that could hold the future or offer her guidance.

"Oh great. I can't get her out of my mind, now. I hope she's not reading my thoughts," Barthello said, heading outside to watch the stars, which always helped him clear his head.

Adina was too busy studying the astrology to notice what was going on around her, let alone pay attention to anybody's thoughts. The moon rose in the Pidgeotto constellation tonight... A bit odd... That means... I can't think straight right now. She shook her head and looked at the spring, tracing random patterns in the water with her fingers.

Barthello watched the stars, but he kept catching sight of the Mew constellation, which reminded him of her. "If she reads my mind now, I'll blow it," he said.

"Got that right. She's so absorbed in her thoughts, she's not even paying attention to us, let alone anyone else," Ana said.
"I think we need to do something," Star said.
