"We know we can," Reko said, narrowing his eyes. He knew Shadow was probably going to take on Dax, but he wanted to Dax to know that they weren't going to be easy to beat.

Mako was the first to attack. He lunged for one of the other Mightyena.

A Mightyena charge foreward and knocked Mako to the ground, bitting him.

Enad'li rushed Dax from behind, scoring a hit with her claws from behind.

Dax grunted and snapped at Enad'li, getting her front paw.
"Leave her alone!" Shadow growled, chomping down onto his back.

Enda'li winced but paid no attention and bit down on Dax's back and scratched at him.

Another Mightyena jumped on Enda'li, biting down onto her ear due to missing her neck.

Enad'li yelped and Reko shot a ball of Fire at the Mightyena.

the Mightyena skipped across the ground.
"I can't watch this!" haku said. "Sceptile! Lairon! Get in there!"
Lairon nodded and rammed into several of the Mightyena, their claws and teeth not effecting him at all.

Luke, Sala [Sneasel] and Megna [Meganium] also rushed in. Sala started slashing at the Mightyena and shooting Ice Beam at them. Luke started slamming the Mightyena with a combination of different fighting styles he had learned while traveling with Marci.

Dax managed to get away. "REtreat!" He howled. His followers yelped and ran off with him.

Enad'li limped to Marci, who healed her injuries.
