"I know. Just calm down or it'll overwhelm you again." Aerina nodded and sat on the bed. Seron put hsi arm around her and kissed her head. "IF you ant to, you can. If you want to wait, that's fine."
"I don't want to live in fear of complete mental collapse forever... I know I can trust him, but my instincts..."
"I know." He kissed her head again. "Just decide when you're ready."
"I'm...going to try."
"I'll be right here with you." He squeezed her hand as she stod up and walked into the living room. She fought the urge to hide behind Seron again.

Kratos closed his eyes and he could hear everything that was bombarding her mind. He'd synced with her. Slowly, the voices began to fade until the only one that could be heard was her own and his. Your powers are now completely under your control. The only voices that will enter your head will be the ones you allow in. I'll now leave your mind. Kratos opened his eyes. "It's done."

Kadin nodded. "This is a place of freedom, just like you've heard. Melody and I are proof of that. Back in your world, pokemon were treated like dirt, Seron told me, but here, they're treated as equals, even to the point that some people find true love with them."
