Frisca was in bed by doctor's order. She was a few days away from delivering.
Hyashi arrived at his sister's house before long. "Where's Zelly?" he asked when he walked in.

Hyashi went over to the Buizel, whose head hung low. "Zelly." At the mention of her name, the Buizel turned around. Seeing Hyashi there she leaped into his arms.
"Hyashi, it's been 5 years. I thought I'd never see you again!"
"Really big," Frisca said. "I'm a bit worried Leon won't make it here in time."

Zelly licked Hyashi's face. "Why'd you leave so long?"
"After doing something as bad as impregnating you, I thought you'd never want to see me again."
"You fool. I'd never have let you do it if I didn't love you. HAve you forgotten we've been together literally all our lives? We were born at the exact same time, took our first breath at the same time, and we were inches away from each other when we were born. When I opened my eyes, you were the first living thing I saw and vice-versa. Hyashi, there's nothing I'd like more than to be your one and only." Hyashi looked down, not sure how to respond.
"I need some time to think." He set Zelly down and stepped outside where his sister was, trying to figure out is emotions.
"I hope you're right, Carmen."

Frisca waited to hear Leon's voice.
Hyashi recalled Zelly to her pokeball and headed back to where Carmen was. She had given him the advice to go see Zelly again. Maybe she could give him advice on this matter, too.

Hyashi explained what Zelly had said to him. "Thing is, I've never been interested in pokemon for love, but I don't want to break her heart. Should I tell her I don't want to be with her, which would probably crush her, or should I accept her as my one and only?"

Hyashi stroked her back gently. "Zelly, I'm sorry I didn't respond at first. I needed to do some thinking."
"What have you decided on?" Zelly asked. "No matter what you say, I'll still love you until the day I die."

"Hyashi, I've been waiting so long for that."
"I think we were meant to be," Hyashi said. "We started life together. Let's continue it together."
