Barthello smiled, cuddling her close when it was over. "That was magical," he said, gently covering her so no one would see what they had done, even though he knew no one could. It felt good to him to think of himself as protecting her innocense.

"Maybe. I was in a bit more pain than I was letting on, but what I said was..." Adina stopped talking and looked toward the forest, her ears pricked. A Pokemon that looked exactly like a Ninetales walked out of the trees. The difference between the Pokemon and a Ninetales, though, was apparent. This one had ten tails, was a soft silvery color and had pale blue eyes that were sightless. Adina was speechless.

"Ishnel," she responded. "Another survivor of Hachi. This is a Nintela. They're very like Ninetales, but they're the Air element, not Fire. I-I didn't know any had survived the Cataclysm..."

"They're an ancient species. Almost as ancient as Mew. They are of the Air or Wind element, so she easily could have floated over. Plus, they have a special ability to be undetectable until they want to be seen. She could have just as easily gone straight through."
