The man snorted, then brought his boot up to meet Kiai's face. Kiai crumpled to the ground, unconscious, his nose bleeding.

A while later, Soniel groaned and woke up. She blinked as she looked around groggily, finding herself in a small cabin, Kiai right next to her.

Kiai continued to lie there. Nero was pacing in front of his trainer, clearly worried about him.

Sovena was fast asleep on a pillow right next to Soniel, clearly not concerned. She was too young to understand.
The door to the cabin opened and the young woman that had found them walked in. "Good to see you're up, little one," she said to Nero. She clearly wasn't referring to Nero's small size; it was clearly just because he was a small Pokemon in general.

"And you." The woman nodded to Soniel. A Meowth with a badly torn ear walked in, carrying a basket. She sat it down and the woman rummaged through it. "Your trainer should be awake shortly, little one."

"My name is Kisana. I live here in the forest and take care of people such as yourselves. YOu know you were attacked by Team Rocket, correct?" Soniel nodded. "I don't know all of the details, but I know they're searching for two specific Pokemon. A specially colored Pikachu and Butterfree." Soniel looked at Kiai.

"Why?"
"I don't know the details. I just know these Pokemon have a direct connection to Mother."

Kisana sighed. "So sad are the most recent generations... Mother is the Creator. She has created everything before you. The wind, the rain, the sun, the moon, the stars, the heavens, the underworld and, most importantly, Pokemon. I believe Team Rocket to be after the Pantheon, the gods and goddesses that watch and guard the types."
"Mew is the creator of Pokemon," Soniel said with a blank look on her face. "Arceus created the universe, Palika and Dialga created time and space."

"Good point... But who created Mother?" Soniel asked.
"There was a time before the world of Pokemon. Se lived during that time. Somehow, she found a word or an action that allowed her to creat the world as she wanted. And creation goes from there. But none remember today because of a fall a thousand years ago. Humans became corrupt from the Pantheon's power and Mother had no choice but to destroy nearly all traces. Some ruins remain such as those near Violet City in Jhoto. But msot do not. I believe Team Rocket is trying to access the Pantheon's power."
