Itsuki smiled, "You know, we're actually a lot more alike than I thought. Although I haven't had it my whole life, I've been researching this notebook. The library is full of books on magic, so maybe I'll find something on notebooks."

Itsuki squeezed her hand softly while smiling at her.
A proud looking man walked into the restaraunt. From where they were sitting, they could see he had tons of muscle. His arms and legs looked like trunks of small trees, and his body matched them perfectly.

She smiled back and interlaced their fingers. She sensed the man, but ignored him, though she kept sensing him.

The man noticed Itsuki, and began walking toward their table.

The man came closer, reaching their table. "Hey, I gotta tell you something. It's important."
Itsuki sighed, "It's alright, you can say it here."
The man nodded, then turned to Seyn. "You're aware, I hope, of the happenings against Itsuki's family? They were all planned hits. I've been trying to find the ones responsible, and they've found you, Itsuki. I overheard their plans on a tapped phone, they're going to target you at school."

Itsuki sighed, "Can't you hurry up and catch these guys?"
The man laughed, "I'm trying. But these guys are good."
Itsuki nodded, then looked serious. "How about we set a trap for them?"
"Huh?" The guy was shocked.
"I'll go to school like normal, you cover my back. If they try anything, you can deal with them."
"But, that's just hazardous."
