Personality: Quite naive. The experiment in which she was created was abandoned partway through, before she got any kind of knowledge she'd need to make it in society, so she lives purely by instinct. She's very easy to fool. A little too easy. Unlike a Shadow Lugia, her heart isn't closed off.
History: Was created in an experiment. Because the experiment was abandoned partway through, she didn't get the knowledge she was supposed to. She's managed to survive the past 4 years by instinct.
