Nebike appeared with Faith. Faith still had the ice crystals in her hair and her expression was still blank. Faith sat down on a bench, shivering.

"Nebike, the Angel of Mercy, second-in-command for Sandu, the Master of Death," the Ninetales explained. "This girl is Faith Tsukino, descended from you. You're obligated to offer her a place at your castle."
Faith just continued to stare at her lap. The ice crystals were still in her hair. She was clearly traumatized by something.

She just looked up at him. HEr eyes were devoid of any emotion. She had clearly shut down. "She was near death when I found her, ready to give up. It might take her a while to recover," Nebike said.
