Ray grumbled to himself and sat up, knowing it was useless to get anymore sleep. He rubbed one of his eyes then blinked as he noticed light growth in his mid-section. It must be trying to catch up or something...

She nodded. "Memories are delicate things, like the wings of a butterfly. They must be gained back gradually. If the butterfly were to go from worm to butterfly, it would be far too overwhelmed. But it changes slowly so it can adapt to the change."
