"It would seem so." Jultun said, nodding. He pulled a card out of his visor, and handed it to her. "Put this into your visor's port, at the bottom of the earpeice. It'll download a database of people living here, so other people are fairly easy to recognise. your visor will alert you if you spot someone not on the list."

"It shouldn't be necessary." Jultun said, "I've got the information already." He looked around, noticing Akel'tri. "There may be more of his kind around here, from this Valencia. they don't show up on the list, so we'll have to be careful. We'll have to question people who don't show up on the list first, to make sure they're not from Valencia, since the person in charge of this world, Kiki, has taken them under her charge. Another thing about the rebels, if you're recognised, they'll attack you. Since you're new to the force, the Rebels won't recognise you, so you won't have to worry about being attacked for a while, but later you'll need to be on your guard."

Jultun stifled a sigh, of course she wouldn't know, since she was from this planet. "It's basically a room full of all kinds of races from all the planets in the galexy, and it's where interplanetary and intergalectic problems are sorted out, kind of like a huge version of government." He explained the Council as best he could, "where every planet gets a representative."

Jultun smiled. She was definatly going to climb the ranks fast, listening so well. "Come on, all new members have to take a small test of knowledge. I believe, since you can rival me in skill with a sword, the physical exam is not necessary."

"Basic aptitude test. You fill out a multiple-choice test, write a few answers, and then hand it in." Jultun said, looking around. "I can't find anything which could work as a surface with which to take the test, though."

"That would work, good thinking. Inovation, one of the qualities which makes a good officer." Jultun put a small stack of about five papers on the book. "There's the test. There's one last twist, though. You'll face missions where you're timed, and in those moments, you must have a clear mind. You will have three minutes to finish the test." He smiled, he knew if she did her best she'd pass. "Time will start when you say 'Go'."

When she said go, he hit a button on the stopwatch in his hand. "Writing fast is not the test, it's how well you can answer questions under the strain of the time limit."
