"Good, good." A woman with pinkish hair, blue eyes and wearing a lab coat watched as John wrapped up a Vulpix's paw. "You've come quite a ways since you first entered my doors, John."
John smiled and stood up as he brushed off his clothes. "Thanks, Nami-sensei."
"Well, it's the truth. I've never had an assisstant learn quite so fast as you."

Daniel didn't watch where he was going and ran into an Ursaring. The giant bear roared and fired off a hyper beam, one that Daniel barely dodged.

"What was that?" John looked in the direction of the ruckus.
"Somebody messing with an Ursaring. Let's go." Namika started walking swiftly, John having to jog to keep up. They soon reached the scene.
"Daniel!" Namika put her arm out and walked to the Ursaring fearlessly. She quickly touched a pressure point, causing the Pokemon to pass out.

Daniel groaned, holding his head. His skin was pale and he had dark bags under his eyes.

John kneeled next to him. "You don't look so great."
"You ought to be more careful when roaming around here," Namika said, adjusting her glasses.
