Aedna nodded. "I am. I am also more agile than most. I am highly skilled a the twenty three poses of nakril and..many people have called me an 'acrobat' which I still am trying to understand."

Aedna smiled and jumped into the air, getting at least twenty feet. She fell gracefully and slowly like a leaf dancing on the wind.

Nightshade laughed. "Very good! My turn!" She said as she imediately jumped a 20 feet in the air before doing a corkscrew/backflip and landing gently on the ground. Her eyes twinkled with amusement. "Your not the only acrobat here!" She said with a laugh.

"Just a bit fatigued," Aedna said. "I did not get to finish my meditation. Wind is one of the harder Elements to control on Valacia. I have difficulty at times with it though it is my affinity. Mediation aids in keeping it under control. It also allows all body energies to flow freely and intertwine, giving rise to a pure energy."

Nightshade was more serious. "Well, according to the legend, it was somewhere near the base of a volcano. There are only two problems, One:Heatran or another fire legendary is said to gaurd it. Two: we don't know where it is."
