Name: Neo
Gender: Male
Appearance: Changes depending on what power level he's at. Normal= ruby red hair and sapphire blue eyes
Angry= red hair and eyes
Completely pissed off= Hair half ruby red and half sapphire blue. Same with eyes.
Ultimate power= Emerald colored hair and eyes.
Personality: Normally rather hot-headed except when in his ultimate power form. In that form alone, he's very level headed.
History: Neo is actually his nickname. He's a research experiment developed by Team Aqua and Team Magma who planned to use his power to save the world. He rejected them because he found out they'd use him as a weapon to do so. He was constructed of the DNA of all pokemon (excluding Sinnoh region) except Deoxys, who couldn't be found on earth. Being a huge genetic pool like that, he has access to the powers and abilities of all pokemon.
Powers: Already said those.
Other: Is not completely sure who to side with in anything, but always listens to Ash, no matter what. Is immune to nearly all manners of attacks except Darkness/Shadow Energy. Can regenerate entirely as long as at least one molecule of his DNA survives.
All his powers are what he had in the story. I haven't added anything myself.
