Ande sat on a boulder, her wings out on either side of her. She breathed in the cool air wash over her. She winced when her left wing moved and sighed.

Aura flew into view from the left a distance away, while Enki, Xipil, and Aquize charged after her. Enki raised pillars into her path, while Xipil launched fireballs, while she easily evaded both. In fact, she taunted and laughed as their attempts failed.
"Grr. I don't see why... we have to continue training even after our nemisis is destroyed." Xipil complained between fireballs. "If our job is done, we should go home and life should return to normal!"
Enki shook his head, "I don't know what it is with you, Xipil. First you complained we didn't train hard enough, and now you're complaining that we're even training at all!"
"I know what it is. It's the lack of challenging battles." Aquize commented dryly, giving a casual glance at Xipil.
"He he, that sounds like the Xipil we know!" Aura stopped flying, leaving herself floating in the air. "Always ready to battle!"
"Hey, at least we trained with purpose when Trevil was a threat. Now we do it because there's nothing better to do." Xipil defended himself.

Ande's eyes flashed when she sensed them Who are they? She looked over and tried to pull her wings in, but cried out as her left wing throbbed painfully.
