History of my Fakemon
For the most part, my Pokemon come from an RP I made up called the Nine Guardian Pokemon. A few members of PD will be familiar with it, but most of you won't be.
Basically, about 1000 years ago, in an obscure region called Gine, there was a city called Hachi that was extremely advanced in its technology. There were nine Pokemon from which all the types decended.
Pokemon directly of the nine types lived only on Hachi. The Guardians lived happily with the occupants and Pokemon.
The Guardians sometimes granted the human occupants favors. Their most distinguished guest was the king of Hachi himself. They often granted his favors, but sometimes they did not. He was content with that most of the time, but that would change one day.
Around 1000 years ago, the king went to the Guardians and asked for more power. He tried to pay them off with jewels and other precious things, but they refused. This enraged him, so he plotted to have the nine killed. The princess, Oroshi, learned of this and ran to tell the Guardians.
This outraged the nine and they spirited Oroshi to the nearby island of Gine. When on the shore, they sunk Hachi to the bottom of the sea. They thought they had sunk all of the people and Pokemon away, but some Pokemon escaped.
Obviously, most of the Fakemon here are from Hachi.
The Nine Guardians
Norataishe, the Light Bird
Gender: Female
Looks: a glowing yellow bird that stands 20 feet high with a 40 foot wingspan; her eyes glow orange
Personality: a good balance of outgoing and shy; likes to play pranks on humans sometimes
Other: Most humans have seen her but don’t know it. She appears quite frequently to them like a sunlit cloud near dawn or sunset.
Kuronosha, the Darkness Bird
Gender: Female
Looks: a pure black bird standing 15 feet high with a 25 foot wingspan; her eyes glow red
Personality: very shy and seclusive; stays away from humans the best she can
Other: Her red eyes have been the causes of many UFO reports as they are triangularly shaped and tend to blink in and out when she’s looking for something to eat.
Taiyomanshe, the Sun Dog
Gender: Female
Looks: a glowing golden dog that stands 10 feet; her eyes glow gray
Personality: very shy; keeps away from humans unless absolutely necessary to go near them
Other: She only appears to humans when they are in great danger, most often in the mountains. The mountains of the Gine region are notorious for avalanches that start for no reason at all.
Zukino, the Moon Dog
Gender: Female
Looks: like an over-grown Absol, minus the scythe-like thing on the side of the head; stands 11 feet tall; normally takes on a silvery color if not camouflaged with the forest; eyes glow grayish blue
Personality: loyal and protective of Oroshi; that’s her life mission
Other: Before the sinking of the city, the king entrusted her with the safety of Oroshi. Zukino spends every moment possible with Oroshi, still abiding by that promise made a millennium ago. She never shows herself to other humans, out of fear of exposing the other Pokemon and Oroshi.
Hoshinohe, the Star Dog
Gender: Female
Looks: a glowing yellow-orange dog; stands 9 feet; her eyes are orange
Personality: very mischievous; loves pulling pranks on humans
Other: She spends much time playing pranks on humans. It’s mostly stuff like roaring behind them or taking hats off of the person’s head if they’re wearing one. She’s clearly not afraid to go near them, unlike the other Guardian Pokemon... not counting Ameshona
Fasheno, the Fire Bird
Gender: Male
Looks: like Moltres, but the flames are blue and white
Personality: very proud, outgoing but afraid of humans; stands 16 feet with a 19 foot wingspan
Other: He never shows himself to humans unless it’s Oroshi.
Ameshona, the Water Bird
Gender: Female
Looks: like Articuno, but more like water; stands 17 feet with a 20 foot wingspan
Personality: loves to taunt, mischievous
Other: She loves to taunt Fasheno about the fact that he’s very outgoing but is way too afraid to go within two miles of a human settlement. She also pulls major pranks on humans in her domain. It’s stuff like pulling your hat off while you’re wearing it and not returning it for about three weeks and the biggest thing she pulls: scooping humans up on her neck and then dropping them, then catching them again. She does this until they nearly barf.
Terramane, the Earth Dog
Gender: Female
Looks: an earth-toned dog; stands 8 feet high; eyes are brown
Personality: nobody really knows for sure... she goes through a personality change every second of every day. But one thing’s for sure: she stays far away from humans.
Other: Nothing really...
Name: Kazepana (Ka-zay-pah-nah)
Gender: Female
Looks: a pure white bird; stands 14 ft tall; 17 foot wingspan
Personality: pretty scared of humans like the rest of the Guardians but has the nerve to show herself to a few select humans
Other: Nothing really
If need be, the Guardians can assume the form of humans. They have two different appearances (except Terramane) and a human name. Their human names are:
Zukino: Kizu
Terramane: Mara
Ameshona: Mesha
Hoshinohe: Nasho
Taiyomanshe: Yameto
Norataishe: Rata
Fasheno: Ensho
Kazepana: Nake
Kuronosha: Roka
Their normal human appearances are much like that of their Pokemon appearances. The eyes stay the same colors and the hair is the same color as the fur/feathers.
Alternate appearances:
Norataishe: girl with blonde hair, green eyes
Kuronosha: a girl with black hair and nearly black eyes
Taiyomanshe: a girl with brown hair and brown eyes
Hoshinohe: a girl with yellow-red hair and hazel eyes
Fasheno: a boy with brown hair and blue eyes
Ameshona: a girl with blonde hair and crystal clear blue eyes
Terramane: a girl with dirt-brown hair and forest-green eyes
Kazepana: a girl with short dirty blonde hair and gray eyes
Zukino: a girl with short red hair and blue eyes
Well, Terramane uses her “alternate” appearance normally, but can change it at will. She can do things from going bald to ten foot tall mohawks.
The Guardians don’t stay their normal heights. Zukino is 5'7". Kazepana is 5'5". Terramane is usually around 6'0". Fasheno is 5'11". Kuronosha is 5'8". Norataishe is 5'3". Taiyomanshe is 5'6". Hoshinohe is 5'4". Ameshona is 5'2".
