Ray blinked. He only really knew the ancient language, though he was slowly recovering his skill to speak the modern tongue.

"Ray?" A woman said, her ebony hair tied back into a french braid. She had her arm wrapped around a silver haired man's arm.
Ray coughed, nearly sending his tea out his nose. Wona..!

Wona smiled gently. "Kitsune, I'll meet you at the table in a moment."
Kitsune nodded, kissing her cheek before leaving.
"It's been a while Ray. Nearly three years. How've you been?"
"Busy," Ray said flatly. His heart still had some healing to do regarding Wona.
"How's Christos? He doesn't call or write."

Wona nodded, noticing his "go away" tone to his voice. She bowed. "It was nice seeing you again." She walked off to meet with Kitsune.
