Benji smiled. "Totodile, come out!" He released Totodile. "Hey Totodile! Let's get on to Cherrygrove, so we can practice the contest. Maybe during going through Route 29 we'll get another Pokemon!"

Evrina looked up at the sky, her Beautifly sitting on the back of her head like a giant, colorful bow. "Think we should start our journey this year, Beauty?"
"Fly~"
[This is a generic journey, but never said we had to stick to the normal rules set by the anime or games. I'll probably put some sort of plot in unless you already have one.]

"Nice Beautifly." Benji commented. He walked near the grass. "Come out Totodile!" Benji released Totodile. Totodile looked a bit annoyed. "Sorry about ruining your solitude, but I saw a Pokemon."

Totodile nodded. "Use scratch." Totodile jumped into the grass, Scracthing wahatever was moving. A Sentret screamed, coming out of the grass. "Sentret. Not good for the grass-based Contest Hall of Azalea, but he'll be good for the next one."

She says our Pokemon's colors are weird? He shook it out of his mind. I'll ask later. Sentret returned the Scratch. "Totodile, Leer!"

[About the Contest thing. I don't think there'd be a hall in the second city. It's just too soon. I think we hsould wait till Azalea.]
A Caterpie walked out from a bush and Beauty flew off her head. Evrina only shifted slightly and Beauty used Gust, sending the Caterpie flying into the air. The Beautifly seemed to respond to the slightest of movements the girl gave off though the Pokemon couldn't see her.
