Time does things to you, though Remiel hasn't changed too much from when we met. He's just grown up now and soon he'll be having a family bigger than just the two of us. Selena said, a hint of sorrow in her voice. She was worried that once the twins came she'd lose Remiel.

She blew at her bangs. "At least you have a good relationship with him. Link and I were okay for the first year or so. And the seven years after he was in the Temple of Light. But after that whole episode and he was turned back to ten, that's when things went sour."

Selena patted Navi's head. Remiel stirred. Selena looked over to see that Alexander had dropped in. The silver haired man kissed his husband's head before gently picking him up with ease.

Selena smiled as Alexander carried Remiel up to their bedroom.
Alexander put Remiel on their bed and pulled the covers over him before laying down beside him and pulling him close.

Alexander nodded, petting Selena. "I've got to go now, can you give this to Remiel?" He asked Selena quietly, holding out a small package with a note attached.
No, wait until he wakes up and give it to him yourself, Selena said sternly. You're rarely around and everyday he gets slightly more depressed.

Alexander was speechless. He nodded then headed back upstairs. He scooped Remiel into his arms and cradled him as he slept.

Remiel blinked as he woke up the next morning. "Alex!" He shouted, wrapping his arms around him and kissing him. Tears of joy ran down his face. "You came back for our anniversary."
