- Tsukiko is a rather complicated young woman, with a bit of a troubled past and a confused future.
- She's an accomplished Water Bender, as well as being reasonably skilled with Air Bending.
- She was born in Hoenn, to a small town family.
- She spent the better portion of her life living with her mother after her father died of cancer.
- When her mother died, she was 14 years old. She resorted to moving to a nearby city to survive, not wanting to go into the orphanage, and started stealing to keep from starving,
- Her mother was a Water Bender, hence the reason she's so good at it.
- She met an elderly woman when she was 15, who took her in, and in exchange for taking care of her pokemon and her home, taught her Air Bending.
- When the lady died, Tsuki inherited the lady's entire estate, apparently being the only person who had cared enough to stay with her.
- That made her a small fortune, not to mention several well trained Pokemon that loved her to death.
- She decided that she wanted to make something of her self, like she had wanted since before her father had died.
- Not being able to decide what she wanted to be, she decided that she'd be everything.
- Everything includes - photographer, professor, trainer, coordinator, collector, and champion.
- The old lady's family found out about her death and demanded their inheritance.
- Tsuki had to give it to them, so she lost everything. But one of the old woman's Pokemon wouldn't have anything to do with the woman's children, so she got to keep it. It was a Mighteyena.
- Since, she's travelled around, making a meager exsistance and catching her own little band of Pokemon.

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE
How long had it been now since they'd had a real roof over their heads? Quite a while, by Tsuki's count. Two weeks? Long enough to make her long for a warm bed and a hot bath. And if -she- was this tired, her darling pokemon were undoubtedly exhausted. She sighed, looking out of the cave she had found shelter in when it started to storm. The Chimchar clinging to her back warmed her, chittering nonsense in her ear.
"Cinder, stop that." She laughed, reaching up and swatting the fire-monkey's hand out of her hair. He was grooming her again. Of course, with such a jealous disposition, he thought that she was his property... It was endearing, but annoying. And his refusal to stay in his Pokeball on most occasions was an annoyance, too...
She sighed, trying again to get him to return to his ball so that she could move out of the cave. Juliet was the only one of her Pokemon that was used to the entire Bending thing, and Cinder usually freaked out about it. He, by some will of fate, actually stayed, and she grinned, stepping out into the rain that failed to hit her.
Instead, there seemed to be a barrier of swirling water that surrounded her as she walked. If her directions the day before had been right, there was a Pokemon center somewhere in the distance... Not one drop of water fell from the swirling mass of hydrogen dioxide, instead seeming to just slide down the outside of the ball. It was easy enough, just control the water around her, then make it swirl with a light wind so that nothing got through. Her hair rustled in the breeze that her slight hand movements was making, a smile gracing her lips.
