2. Appeals are single and Appeals are double.

Sun Rules

Rules:

1. Double Contests all around: Appeals and battle
2. Cannot use the same type twice.
3. Cannot use the same Pokemon twice. [The same species is allowed, but cannot use the same, say, Flareon twice]
