(I didn't know where to put this thread sorry I assumed the shopping center was a bit more like a very small strip mall sort of)
The streets where lined with people and there were small carts set up everywhere. People in kimonos, paper laterns the things you would usually find at a festival.
Eyon smiled, it was a night where she could relax a bit. It was nice people were laughing children were running around too. She sat down on a bench and looked around at the lights.

A girl with silver hair walked through the festival, a gray kimono on her. She looked almost like a ghost in the moonlight.

Eyon looked at the girl. She did look like a ghost but apperently she looked a little strange in her black kimono with red highlights since a little boy had looked at her then ran back to his mother and said something about her.

"Nice to meet you." She held her hand out. A glint of silverish light came from her right side and a sword with a moonstone pommel was visible.
