Unity smiled as she wrote in a notebook. Though it was only around noon, she had already filled two 150 page notebooks from cover to cover.

Albert had the necklace case in his pocket. "I wanted to wait until dinner for this, but since you're here, I just can't." He knelt down, holding her paw, and took out the case. "Destiny, will you marry me?" He opened the case, revealing the necklace.
"Oh my gosh! It's beautiful. Did you make this yourself?"
"Well, I had a little help."
"It doesn't matter to me if you had help. It's excellent. Albert, I'll definitely marry you."

"I'm sure you will be," Jevi said as she padded out of Unity's room, stretching.
Unity blinked and started writing in her notebook. This is Jevi. She's one of my guardians. She's harmless unless someone tries to hurt. I have three other guardians; Chirev, a bat, Shivei, an owl and Jonsai, a peacock. They tend to disappear and reappear at the most random times, so they might startle you.

"What he said," Shivei said as she followed him to Unity's closet.
Jevi shook her head, still in her human form. "Never will understand nocturnals."
