A grin appeared on the counter, followed by a Cheshtom. "Oh, Tommy, there you are. I thought you were somewhere around here," Genesis said. The Cheshtom purred and she petted him.

He continued to grin, then purred, putting his paws on Genesis' arm. She gasped and fell to the floor. "Yasu, how could you?" she asked. "After....all I've done for you..." She closed her eyes, put her forearm over them. Her breathing became shallower and Tommy looked genuinely worried.
"Sarah, I'm so sorry..." He curled up on her middle, letting out a pitiful, sorrowful meow. The pair looked at each other, then started laughing.

She smiled. "I'm not an actress for nothing." She stood up, Tommy in her arms. "That's actually a scene in the movie. IT can get old having to repeat lines over and over again, but when we do it spontaneously like that, it's really fun."
