"It's okay." She reassumed her human form. "I understand humans and their fear factors. I can't say I blame you for being afraid. I fell out of the sky at twenty-two thousand feet once, nearly shattered every bone in my body. I didn't fly for four years after that."

"Even though I could have fallen to my death, I still want to go back up sometime. That was fun. And thank you for saving my life." He hugged her without thinking. It was meant to be a show of gratitude.
