"Watch and learn," North said. A waiter walked over to take their orders. North leaned on her elbows a little bit, blinking at him a little bit. He blinked and smiled at her.
"What I can start you lovely ladies off with today? Perhaps I can interest you in a chocolate shake or Pecha Berry smoothie?"
"The smoothie sounds good," North said, smiling teasingly at him.

Nirva was a bit surprised to see North acting like that, seeing as she'd already testified to being West's wife.

The waiter walked off. North looked at her. "I was just doing that to show you some tricks of the trade on this world. Small things like raising your eyebrows, fluttering your eyelashes and especially smiling will get a guy's attention.

Nirva nodded. "Ok. Let me see if I've learned anything." She saw a guy approaching and unknowingly flipped her hair, then gave him a smile.

The guy blinked and stopped, looking at her. "Very nice," North whispered. "Hair flip definitely gets attention."

He looked to Nirva. "And you?"

He nodded. "My name's Hiroshi, brother of Insyo."
North blinked. "Hiroshi, you idiot!" she snapped. "Always changing your signatures on me...!"
He chuckled and stuck his tongue out as North pushed him over.

North huffed. "He's a friend...sorta. He's one of my best friend's brothers. He knows how to shift all his different signatures: aural, spiritual, psychic... He likes to do that and play pranks on me. He was a priest before the Pantheon fell. He's still a priest at the church, though."
Hiroshi tapped his head and his hair turned gray and his eyes glittering green.

"Nah," Hiroshi said. "Even in the days of the Pantheon, it was up to priests and priestesses if we had relationships or not."
"It would be odd if my mom didn't let priests and priestesses have relationships when she does," North said.

He sat down and nodded. "The only real thing that's a restriction is that we remain pure until we marry. Other than that, we're free to do pretty much as we please when it comes to relationships. ANything that's reasonable."

"It's because he's so annoying that he can't hold a girlfriend," North said, her expression flat, but she was clearly teasing.
He rolled his eyes good-naturedly and scoffed, just playing along.

The waiter gave North her smoothie and walked off. Hiroshi snatched it and took a sip. "HEY!" North grabbed the cup away and stuck her tongue out at him. They were clearly like siblings that annoyed the crap out of each other but cared about each other anyway.
