[Kiki]

The fey squealed again, climbing on top of Angie's head. Angie shook he rhead a bit. "I know you don't like the darkness, but he's all right, Seniel," she said. The fey just looked at her, not believing her one bit.

[Zappy]

"Seriously," Anakin said. "I worked hard with lil Miles."

[Kiki]

"She lives in the Dawn," Angie explained. "With the way her world is, any darkness means evil. Don't take it personally, Altair. She just doesn't know dark doesn't necessarily mean evil."

[Zappy]

He nodded. He was used to people not liking him, due to how he had been a bully.

[Kiki]

The fey said something in her lilting tongue and Angie stood up. "I've got to go with her. It sounds really serious. I'll see you tomorrow."

[Zappy]

He frowned, then stood up and kissed her cheek. "Be careful, Angie."

[Kiki]

"I will. If I'm not in school tomorrow, tell Sam and Raven. They'll know what to do." She looked at Anakin. "And, Kin, remember, lay off the Kitten bit." With that,s he walked outside and disappeared.

[Zappy]

Anakin nodded. Altair sighed.

[Kiki]

The next morning at school, Angel walked over to Anakin and grabbed him by the collar. "Where's Angie?! She didn't come home last night!"

[Zappy]

"Christ! Put me down!" He shouted.

[Kiki]

"Tell me where my sister is!" She started to shake him, but Raven stopped her.
"Kitten, calm down." Angel looked at Raven, then sighed as she put Anakin down. Raven only ever called Sam 'Kitten' when she was really pissed off.
"But where is she? She never came home. She was with you guys last." She looked at Altair. "Did you do something with her?!"

[Zappy]

He shook his head, then explained what had happened the night before.

[Kiki]

Raven and Angel looked at each other. "Goddess, I didn't think..."
"ME either," Raven muttered. "Goddess, help her...."

[Zappy]

"What happened?" Altair asked.

[Kiki]

"We've got to rescue her," Angel said. She took Raven's hand and they disappeared.
Tawny ran up, out of breath. "They...never think!" she panted between breaths.

[Zappy]

"Where'd they go?" Altair asked, a slight edge to his voice.

[Kiki]

"Jansai. Angie must have been kidnapped. I don't know anything, though, really... You'll have to talk to their mom..." Tawny said.

[Zappy]

"That's where we're going then," Anakin said.

[Kiki]

"Gimme a few minutes and I'll clear everything with the principal." Tawny was the valedictorian of their class and close to every teacher in the school. She could get them out of any class without being marked absent. She ran inside, then came back out a few minutes later. "All right; we're set for the day." She rantoward Angie and Angel's house.

[Zappy]

The group followed.

[Kiki]

Tawny knocked frantically on the door and Sabetha, the twins' mother, answered. "Shouldn't you be in school...?"
"Sabetha, Angie's missing and Angel and Raven went after her!" Tawny said frantically.
"Oh dear."

[Zappy]

"And we're here to, you know, go after them and stuff," Anakin said.

[Kiki]

"Come in and sit down first. I must explain." Sabetha stood aside and Tawny walked in.

[Zappy]

He sighed and walked in. He was impatient by nature, and knowing that Sam was in trouble wasn't helping matters. The group followed him.

[Kiki]

"Would you rather go headfirst into a situation and not know anything, or would you rather go into a situation knowing at least a little bit? My daughters are in mortal danger, but it is best you know what is going on first."

[Zappy]

"The faster the better..." He muttered. Dante gripped his shoulder, and Anakin shut his mouth.

[Kiki]

"Be calm, Anakin." Sabetha sat down and lit some incense. "You know Samantha is half angel as you are. But what you do not know is that I am not a native of this world." She sipped some tea that had appeared in her hands. "Jansai is my home planet. Samantha's father had been sent by the Christian God to my world to speak with Trinity, the creator of my world. He found and fell in love with me. We asked Trinity and The Lord if I could come back. THe Lord was wary of it, but agreed.

"But, soon after I arrived in this world, I was raped, then got pregnant with twin girls. I knew for sure one was my husband's and the other the rapist's. But that didn't change my love at all for Angelina.

"I have the blood of a prominent figure called the Memory Guardian. She is well known in my world because she always seals Dynth, the main root of evil in my world, away every hundred years or so.

"Angie has been wrapped up in the dealings of the Guardian because of her full-human standing. While she is not a Guardian herself, she is still very necessary for the Dawn and Shadow to stay in balance. The balance has been upset recently, but I don't know why.

"She was foolish to think she could go to Jansai and fix it in one night. And Sam and Asayi jumping in to rescue her have made things even worse. But now, you all must go to rescue my children.

"But be warned. You will have to traverse between the three worlds and it will be treacherous, perhaps even perilous. Some of you may not make it back to this world alive."

[Zappy]

Anakin nodded. Altair frowned but nodded. Dante grinned, intrigued by this adventure.
Saber closed his eyes as he spoke, "We are not afraid. We would travel to the end of eternity and back again to save those we care about."

[Kiki]

"I can open a portal, but you must go on your own. There will be beings and creatures as well as cultures you know. Friends and foes you'll meet, but never lose heart.: She stood up and opened a portal. "May Trinity guard and guide you."

[Zappy]

They nodded and stepped through the portal.
