lol, no plot right now!  Other than being urban fantasy, nothing is really set in stone. ---------- Some info: My chars: Sam(antha): half angel, half human Asayi: half human, half demon (1800 years old, appears sixteen) Alice: human Aliases (will probably be used more than real names): Sam: Angel, Kitten Asayi: Raven, Jamie (her modern name) Alice: Tawny -------- Asayi snored softly as she sat in the school library, her face on top of a book. She was supposed to be doing research for a paper, but she really didn't like it. Being 1800, she hated having to do this. Moving school to school, blending in with normal people was hard. "Raven?" Asayi jumped and brushed her black hair out of her eyes. "Oh, Angel. Don't scare me like that." |

Anakin walked through the school halls, Saber, with Ayumi hanging on his arm, Altair, and Dante following him. "I hate being seventeen!" Anakin shouted.
"You're sixteen," Altair said.
"Four months, and I'll be seventeen. That's close enough, Miles." Altair shook his head, still wondering why Anakin called him that.

"What is with them?" Alice muttered as she pushed her glasses up. The group was walking near the library and disturbing her.

Sam shook her head as she stretched. "Wanna go for a flight later, Raven?" She looked at Asayi who jumped.
"Angel, keep it down," Asayi said. Though everyone knew they talked about weird things, Asayi still tried to keep things as quiet as possible.

Tawny sighed and pushed her glasses up. "Well, last period is almost over. I gotta go to my locker."
"I'll come with. I gotta get some stuff," Angel said. Tawny nodded and the two girls headed to their lockers which were side by side. They passed by the group and Angel accidentally brushed Anakin. "Whoops, sorry."

She glowered a bit at him. She knew he was doing it sincerely, but she hated when anyone called her 'Kitten' that didn't have her permission. "Whatever, Ani." She somewhat sneered the last word. She knew he had a crush on her, but whenever he called her 'Kitten', it made her angrier than anything. She turned on her heel and stormed off, Tawny following closely.

"Maybe you shouldn't call her Kitten then." Raven walked over, her arms folded. "Did you notice that whenever you call her that, she gets pissed and if you don't, she's perfectly pleasant?" Her amber eyes were fairly unsettling to anybody that became their target. She was staring straight at Anakin.

She brushed her bangs out of her eyes again. "She doesn't let anybody but me call her Kitten right now. How you know it, I'm not sure. It was the name her father called her when she was younger before her died. That's why she doesn't like you using it. She doesn't mind me using it because I've been around her forever."

"Raven, stop talking to those idiots!" Angel called.from her locker.
"All right, Angel!" Raven nodded to Anakin, then walked off. The pair smiled at each other, then exchanged kisses on the cheeks. Everyone in the school knew it was their typical greeting, so it wasn't strange.

The three girls walked off, chattering about typical girl stuff like boys. "Maybe we should go shopping later," Tawny said.
"Prom is pretty soon..." Angel said.
"I could just make your dresses, you know," Raven chimed in.

Angel sighed. "I just don't know what I'm going to do without a date..."
Raven loosely put an arm around her friend's shoulder. The pair were closer than sisters, but weren't a true couple like everyone thought they were. She winked at Angel. "If you need a date, I can always take you."
Angel shook her head. It wouldn't feel right to her and she knew Raven felt the same way.

"ANGIE, GET OVER HERE!" Sam shouted. She was less than ten feet away, her face completely red. She was clearly still seething from the Kitten fiasco and was beyond pissed her sister was talking about her.

She nodded and followed. "If I'm not intruding. Sam's just pissed cuz I'm giving all their 'secrets' away." She huffed anf olded her arms. "Not that they're really secrets anyway to you guys!" Because she drifted between the two groups, she constantly told each things about the other that wouldn't really be considered secrets, such as the hybridizations and such.
