Ami led Hazuki up. Tufts of flame, ice, lightning and other things taht were clearly Pokemon attacks flew above the horizon. "Yup, just in time," Ami said, looking at the attacks.

A guy followed by a Skyro and Bushida ran over. "Shoot, sorry, Ami!" he said.

PicHe grinned. "Sorry. You know..." "Dammit, don't make excuses!" Ami snapped and he flinched a bit. She sighed, then nodded. "Right. I'mnot here to yella t you today." He nodded. "So who's this?" "Hazuki Birch. Alu's adopted daughter. Looking in the romance department." "Well, you brought her to the right place. I'm Iwahara." He held out his hand to Hazuki.

"Just keep on your toes. A couple aren't so good like Iwahara." Ami looked at him, her expresion flat. He sweatdropped.

"Skye, Yoshi, let's go." Iwahara smiled as he led her to a group of five. Two were girls, three guys. There were around a dozen Pokemon on the ground, sparring with each other and using completely beautiful attacks.

Iwahara smiled and waved everyone over. "Everyone, this is Hazuki. She's gonna watch."
"Welcome," the blonde girl said with a smile. "I'm Sayuna, this is Izumi."
"Hello." The gray-haired girl waved.
"Seiki," Iwahara said, motioning to a brown-haired boy. "Yori." He nodded to a black haired boy. "Shozo." He nodded to a blonde boy. "Him and Sayuna are twins."

"WEll, it's technically considered an extreme sport. It's kind of like a more extreme Appeal. Except you're working with your Pokemon. You can use up to two Pokemon and any natural abilities you have. You combine them with your POkemon's attacks to get a score from five judges. Routines take months or even years to perfect, but there's always a chance you'll get hurt."

"I'd let Iwahara show you, but he's still a novice," Seiki said.
"Which is why I yelled at him," Ami chimed in.
"Regardless. Sebi, Tonil." Seiki nodded to a Guidoryu and Pidgeot. He hopped onto the Guidoryu's back and it took off, followed closely by the Pidgeot. The Pidgeot began using a modified Roost attack to shoot razor sharp feathers at the Guidoryu, but the long dragon evaded it. He was going nearly completely vertically, but Seiki continued to hang on.
The Pidgeot, Sebi, continued to fire razor sharp feathers at Tonil and the dragon got hit by some, roaring in pain. It was clearly part of the act, though, but well rehearsed. SEbi began to fire Swift and Shadow Ball at Tonil. The dragon was hit and began to fall to the ground, feining unconsciousness. Seiki let go and and started falling on his own, then flared huge feathery wings out, grabbing one of Tonil's feet (claws, paws, whatever you wanna call them). The Guidoryu's eyes opened and he flew up to Sebi. The dragon wrapped around the Pidgeot and the Pidgeot seemed to die.
The trio landed and all bowed.

"That was actually pretty simple. About two months of work to perfect it," Seiki said as he hid his wings, then started tending to his Guidoryu's wounds. They looked awful, but weren't really that bad.
