A girl that looked around fourteen bumped into people. "Watch it!"
"Hey!"
"Look where you're going!"
The girl sighed as she tried to find her way around. She had dark sunglasses on, but it was because she was blind. The people around her didn't seem to register it, though.
"Why are people so cruel...?" she muttered to herself. "And where did Machika go...?"

She looked toward the guard. "Have you seen a Magnetric around here at all? Has a harness on her...? We got separated..."

"Can't say I have personally. Let me radio the guy monitoring the surveilance cameras." He pulled up his walkie. "S, this is 4."
"Go ahead, 4."
"Found a girl searching for a Magnetric with a harness on it somewhere in the mall. You seen any Magnetric on the cams?" A moment of silence.
"Yeah. I'm looking at one right now. Seems it's over by the food court."
"10-4." He put his walkie away. "Follow me."

The guard led her there, not questioning why she was holding his hand. "That Magnetric is your helper, isn't she?"

She nodded. "When I'm nto around so many people, I can usually handle it myself with auras. But there are too many people around here for me to."
"Iryna!" THe Magnetric bounded over. "What happened?"
"I don't know," Iryna said. "You were there one minute, then gone the next."

"Well, good thing I've got a buddy in the surveilance room," the guard said. "I'm sorry if this comes as an inconvenience, but guide pokemon are required to be on a leash in this mall to avoid situations like this."

Iryna felt around and grabbed the handle on the harness. "I'm usually not in here this long, just usually to get supplies," she said. "Usually not long enough even to be seen except by cashiers."

Geof headed to the third floor, soon spotting Machika and Iryna. "Ah, there you are."
