A one story, two bedroom, one bath ranch home on a thousand acres. It's very far from the road and the driveway is nearly impossible to see. The only real clue there's a house there is the fence around whole perimeter of the property.
This is home to Mexra, a highly renowned Ponyta breeder. Though she's famous, she is a hermit. She hates people and rarely leaves her ranch. She's known for the fact she can breed Ponyta of many colors and temperaments. She has a great love for all the Ponyta she breeds and only gives them to the people she knows will not abuse them. She does extensive background checks on the people that want to buy her Ponyta. She'd feel awful if she let one of her precious babies fell into the wrong hands.
Mex had lived on this ranch for over thirty years even though she only looks about eighteen. Nobody knows quite how old she is, not even herself. Age isn't anything to her. As long as she can be with her Ponyta, she's content.
She has an apprentice that is much like a daughter to her. The apprentice is named Aiyana and she's sixteen. She does most of Mex's running and errands. She has been with Mex since her mother died around six years of age. She's a very kind-hearted and open person, rarely judging people despite having lived with Mex so long.

Josh skateboarded to the gate. "Okay, this is the adress she told me. And it's 5 ' clock. Good." Josh waited. Soon enough, His newly hatched Chao, Viper, skateboarded next to him. "You're getting good at that, Vip."

There was the distant sound of hoofbeats and a Rapidash approached the gate. "Name and business?" Her tone was curt and business-like. She had a glossy black coat with a bright golden flame mane.

"Miss Aiyana is currently busy," the Rapidash said curtly.
Mex rode up on her golden Ponyta. "Aiyana is free," Mex said softly.

The Rapidash shook her mane and galloped off. I need a new receptionist, Mex thought. She reined her Ponyta around and rode off to get Aiyana.

Aiyana rode bareback on a blue Ponyta and dismounted. "Hey there," she said, walking over. She opened the gate and waved to the Ponyta, which ran away.

She nodded and opened the gate, then whistled. A saddled Ponyta and an unsaddled one trotted up. "It's a few miles in, so it's easiest to ride."

The Ponyta snorted, but didn't burn him. "Relax. He's a friend," Aiyana said as she got on the blue Ponyta's back without a saddle. "It'll be bouncy, so hold on." She clucked her tongue and the two Ponyta started galloping full speed which was around forty miles an hour.
