Sagi led Isotael in. "Reservation for 2," he said. The waiter nodded and showed them to their seats. "It's been a long time since we met," he said to Isotael. "Nearly a year now if I recall correctly."

She looked thoughtfully at the ceiling. "I'm just not sure if everything I thought would come true or what. I just really don't know what to expect from marriage is what I'm trying to say, I guess."

Sagi smiled. He'd wait until after the meal to propose. Soon, the waiter brought them their menues. "This place is pretty good. I love the chicken fried rice side with the sweet and sour chicken and teriyaki chicken entrees."

The waiter took their order, then menues. He soon came back with water for both of them and it wasn't long before he returned with the food. "This stuff is good," Sagi said as he started eating.

When they both finished he looked her in the eyes. "You're probably wondering why I was asking you about potential marriage earlier. Well, it should be obvious." He took a ring from his pocket and knelt, holding her hand. "Isotael, will you marry me?"

She smiled. "Of course I will." Her eyes twinkled with good humor. "I could tell that's what you were going for. Guys aren't always known for subtlety." She winked, clearly teasing about the last part, but all serious about agreeing.
