Jultun sat up, his strength returning as he rested. "Thank you." He drank the water, then commented. "Wow, this is better than the stuff we have at base."

"It's straight from the air," Yuski said. Kiki walked over.
"I'm really not who you think I am," Kiki said, then bowed. "Yushima Kiki, Co President of Silph Company Incorperated; certified Pokemon Nurse, Breeder, Trainer and Master; High Priestess in the Council of Gods and Goddesses; Co-Champion of Kanto; Champion of Jhoto; Ruler of Raidia; diplomat of Drandi, Yeno, Onshi, Kuta, Utopia and Centria, Medria; political advisor to His Majesty Aketo Mozorito of Onshi and sergent major in the Onshi military." Kiki listed off her credientials.

"I have no idea what all that means, but i knew you were not the same as her in my heart. For one thing, you did not attack first, which she would have. Secondly, you had no remembrance of any past encounters i had with her." Jultun looked around, confused by his actions. "I... i have no idea what came over me. You look just like her, and i would have destroyed you for no obvious reason." he looked at her. "I am sorry for any trouble i have caused you."

"It's all right," Kiki said. "All what I listed off were my accomplishments here and in the 3rd D. I'm quite accomplished as you can tell. As for you 'destroying' me, you'd have one hell of a time trying." Kiki sat down, then smiled. "My magic's pretty powerful. I've not even tested its full limits yet. So far, I've trained for six hours straight and not gotten tired. Well, not counting my Shadow. I get tired after about half an hour of that because it's so powerful." She sighed. "And then there's the matter of Ombreon. She's my closest friend and gives new meaning to the term 'soul mate'. We literally share a soul."

"Strange." Jultun commented, then stood. "The name's Jultun. I'm an operative of the Intergalectic Police, an official agency of the Galactic Council. I am here to locate and destroy or capture rebels who may be hiding out on this planet. Since Yuski had no idea what i meant, the Galactic Council is made up of the kings, you could say, of each planet in the area. They jointly decide the agencies and objectives of the galaxy. This planet, discovered only a day ago, was thought to be a potential hideout for rebels, and it was decided the elite would come to remove the threats. I am glad to see that there are some allies on this planet, and that the rebels do not have a grip on the entire planet." Jultun paused, then added, "I had better check in, the commander doesn't like to wait." He pushed the activation button for his transmitter, the visor and microphone sliding into place once again. "Commander, this is Jultun. I have met a few of the locals, and it seems they are no threat. I am moving on to examine the city nearby."
"Wait, Jultun. Are you completely sure they are no threat?" A gruff voice answered.
"I have met one in combat, although it was a case of mistaken identity, other than that there were no incidents." Jultun said.
"Very well, contact me when you reach the city." The commander commented, then signed off the com link, his image disappearing and the visor retracting.
"Well, that went well." Jultun commented, turning to Kiki.

"I should be going. The longer i am in one place, the easier it will be for the rebels, if there are any, to find me." Jultun commented, putting away his sword. "Thank you for your help."

Kiki nodded. "If you ever need my help, here's my number." She scribbled a number on a piece of paper, then handed it to him. "It's my watch number. It's a vid communicator so you'll know for sure it's me."

"All right, adding the digits to my visor..." Jultun's visor extended, a small blue beam scanning the numbers. "Got it." A red beam focused on the paper, burning it. "That may seem like an overreaction to you, but I've been ordered not to leave any traces." Jultun said, "I need to know if there is a master database on all the people within town, so i can root out suspicious characters, and for if you ever wish to join the Intergalectic Council. You will need records of all the people, for security reasons."

"I know pretty much everybody in this city," Kiki said. She took out her collapsable laptop then made it full sized and logged on. "Via this laptop, I can really access info on anybody in this part of the D and even many more in other parts of the D. I'm one of the highest ranking officials in this part of the D, so it's only natural I have access to this kind of information." She pulled up a list of some people. "Some people you should avoid making enemies with are Oriana aka Ora, Hyuen Memorito, Yamir, Chase (my brother), Mei, Koinru and Akanu and especially Kratos Aurion, though kind of the whole Aurion family in whole." She took off her backpack, then fumbled around in it, then pulled out a small circitboard. "Here's everything I know about everybody in the city and then some. Another person you'd be well wise to avoid making mad would be Mr. Lobo, the mayor and founder. He might be old, but he's got the muscle of other people to force you out of the city and make it so you won't be able to come back in no matter what. Trust me."

"All right." Jultun took the chip and put it into his visor, which copied the information into it's database, then he removed it and handed it back. "I guess you want this back, right?" He turned to walk away, then turned back. "I bet you want to know what i'll do with the information. My visor can identify suspicious people and with your information, i can attach names and other information to them. It is safer to have such information, so that if it does pick out one of your friends, i can override it instead of going after them. I'm not saying it would, but it's set on all thirteen planets' defination of the words 'Shady', and 'Suspcious', so one of those may match your friends."

Kiki nodded. "Just know that if you do go after my friends, I will hunt you down personally," she warned darkly, meaning every word. "I swear this upon my Ukati."
"People that may fit any description: Ora, Hyuen, Daisuke, Yamir and Mei," Yuski said.
Kiki pulled up the list of people with their face. "If you see them, they aren't bad people. Well, Hyuen, Daisuke and Ora were members of Team Phantom, an organization bent on at least conquering the city, but they live in the main city and even help to protect it. Just watch out if you ever meet Hyuen. Her temper's really nasty," she said. "She's one to quickly attack. I'm responsible for her if she damages anything. The former members are still under Mr. Lobo's surveillence, so don't worry much there."
"Basically, just don't mess with the magic users," Yuski said.
"That info is listed there. I didn't include weaknesses, but I put in what their powers are and such. If you pull me up..." Kiki pulled up her own personal profile.
Under was a section titled "Powers". It said, "Ninjutsu, genjutsu, flying, telepathy, telekinesis, magic." Under the magic section, it listed, "Shadow, Radience, Light, Black, Sun, Moon, Star, Wind, Fire, Earth, Water, Ice, Lightning."
"You get the point," Kiki said. "A lot of people here are magic users, so it's a bit dangerous around here. That'll also be update when somebody new comes into town." She pulled up a profile of a boy and girl, around 16, both with black hair and hazel eyes. "Hm. Seems we have some visitors from Amestris here now..."
Kondo Inari and Kondo Matsu... Kiki thought. National alchemists at eleven and both have automail... Interesting...

"I have no idea about this magic stuff, although i have faced people who could do some strange things with fire and such. Those were tough battles. Those were the days before i devoloped this.." With that, he extended a field from his left arm, which was a large, thin circle. "It's a forcefield. It was made to reflect stuff like that, while i get in close enough to use my sword. People call me 'The Knight of Thanatos', which is a refrence to the sword/shield combo, as well as the base i wiped out on Thanatos."

"That might be able to block most physical attacks, but it wouldn't be able to counter this." Kiki snapped and an illusion of a rainforest overtook Jultun's vision. Kiki snapped again, recalling the illusion. "That was the Element of Star. It attacks the mind to make the victim thing they're in a different situation like you just saw."

"We've been harnessing a mixture of magic and technology for over 200,000 years," Kiki said. She snapped and the same vision overtook him, then she took it away. "We've got a pretty good hold of magitech."

A Sentret dashed through the trees to their left, and Jultun commented, "That's a pokemon, right?" as it went by. Then he turned back toward Kiki. "I really should go. If that was a spy, i shouldn't be around much longer." His eyes lit up with humor as he thought about what he must sound like. "In this time of war, everyone in the IP is jumpy and careful. Anyone is an enemy unless otherwise proven."
