"Yo, Grandma Adiven!" Elry called. Adiven appeared in a corner, her frosty blue eyes narrowed. Dani shuddered, remembering that look from Zerza, but Elry was uneffected. Elry talked to Adiven in rapid Yeneo for several minutes, explaining and Adiven nodded.
"I'm a Seal Master. I can put one on you that will stop it from controlling you that won't break unless dire need arises. But should it, death will be almost guaranteed unless a Seal Master repairs it within moments after breaking. This is the way 3rd D Seals work," Adiven said.

Adiven nodded and preformed a series of hand signs, then put her hand on Sagi's forehead, the Seal of Samor appearing for a moment, then disappearing. Her clear wings became visible as she performed the Seal.

Adiven revealed her wings and flapped them, the fire disappearing as she took to the air. An extremely strong gust shot at Sagi as she took off.

He couldn't see the air coming and got hit hard. "I should have known basic magic wouldn't work. Let's try the dark magic then." He read off a spell and dark energy began pelting Adiven from all sides.

She just smirked, easily dodging like a dancer. "GO GRANDMA!" Elry hooted. Light counteracted the dark magic, easily neutralizing it. Adiven shot a blast of light at Sagi. She had learned a way to use her Light to severely hurt or even kill people, but the blasts she sent at him would just stun him.

Sagi was hit harder than expected since he was using dark magic. He staggered back. "Darkness is useless against her and it's the strongest thing I've got."

Adiven landed, hiding her wings. "It's not your fault. You're untrained while I've had 50,000 years of experience." Her voice wasn't condescending at all; she was just speaking the truth. "And my race is the strongest and most disciplined in the 3rd D. My mother was also a goddess and my grandfather the Creator."
