Kishan sat in a chair, reading, clearly bored. He swept his black hair out of his eyes and sighed. Miro, his Umbreon, perked his ears up when Lloyd walked in.

Renge, the Furret, stretched and shook fur. She blinked and looked at Miro.

As part of the feint, Miro appeared behind Renge and charged, but then disappeared and tried to come up under her, having used Dig quickly.

Miro hid back under the ground, but sustained some damage. He blasted Fireball [self explanitory attack] out of the hole on both sides.

Renge shreiked and jumped out of the hole, blowing on her tail to cool it off.

"Furret!" She shrieked, unleashing a vast amount of energy. She was using bide for the past few minutes.

Miro tumbled away, breathing hard, but got to his feet. He started limping, wincing when he put any weight on his front right foot. "Stop," Kishan said, walking to Miro. He gently checked his companion's leg. "That was a nasty shock. It hit just right to fracture the bone."

Sela rushed out, pressing her muzzle against Miro's. "This should be your last battle, probably," Kishan said. "If a Bide can do that, imagine something like Bone Rush or Siesmic Toss."
"Yeah," Miro said.
