"We're part bird, so we need to keep our energy up especially with flying," Isenna said.
"Also, there's the Fire type part of us. Fire types eat a lot more than normal to keep their metabolism up to keep their body temps up," Mycila said, pointing her chopsticks at him. 'so we need to eat quite a bit. Oreni and Isotael also eat quite a bit."

"I'll have to go shopping again tomorrow..." isenna said, shaking her head. "But, we'll worry about one thing at a time. Ready to go?" she looked at Forrest.

A few hours later, Forrest was back with Isenna, his arms full of bags.

Forrest opened his eyes, and looked at the clock, groaning, he rolled over and did his best to go back to sleep.

"Isotael's always in her study, no clue whre Oreni is half the time and Mycila only helps out occasionally. So it's hard to find time between shopping, housework and what not to sleep."
