Raine: Yeah. There'a reason. You see, I had the Seal of Ragnarok on my forehead, which has all kind of powers, one being immortality. Jericho's parents were on the verge of death by old age. I told Kratos to copy the seal to them, but in the process, the seal burned out and killed me.
Jericho: Kiara, the Kaiser Dragon's mate, created a new, still developing body, inside mom and transfered Raine's soul into it.
