Jaime also did. The waiter brought the bill and Jaime took out the debit card Kiki had given him and gave it to the waiter. The waiter returned a few minutes later and Jaime took the card back.

"Yes please." The waiter led them to a table, then handed them menus.
"What can I start you with?"
"Some water."
