She lives in the ghost town in a two story home. It looks as if it'll fall apart both outside and in, but she's reinforced it with magic and normal building techniques so it'll stand for at least another hundred years or so.

Marci giggled and landed behind Danny, then poked him in the back. She had long black hair, black eyes and a black dress on, looking around 11.

Danny jumped, obviously surprised, he spun around, "Marci!" He shouted at his friend.
