Melanie was now very curious. "What exceptions?"

[Kiki]

"Namely people Mr. Lobo knows he can absolutely trust," Yorshri said. "Such as the Elite Four of the regions and such. Others from the 3rd D he's friends with through his first wife."

[Leafeon]

"Oh, okay." Melanie said. "Um....." She paused, thinking of what to say next. Yorshri and Melanie had talked for quite a while. "Uh...Do you have any Pokemon?" She finally asked.

[Kiki]

Yorshri nodded. "An Umbreon, a Ninetales, an Espeon, a Haunter and a Pokemon called Sirshi," she said.

[Leafeon]

"Sirshi?" Melanie asked, "What kind of Pokemon is Sirshi? I only have Charmander with me."

[Kiki]

"It's a Ghost and Ice type," Yorshri said. "They're more commonly found in my native dimension, but they can be found here. It takes a lot of time to get them to trust you."

[Leafeon]

Melanie felt she needed more information. There must be more Pokemon in the world than I thought. But she did say she's from a different dimension. "What do Sirshi look like?" She asked.

[Kiki]

"I can show you. Lira!" A white Pokemon that looked a bit like a Gardevoir, but appeared to wear what looked like the "robes" like Froslass had appeared. "This is a Sirshi. According to legend, only those that have endured much hardship or are pure of heart can capture them."

[Leafeon]

"Wow. Lira's such a beautiful Pokemon." Melanie said as Charmander jumped out of her arms and landed next to the Sirshi.
"Charmander!" He greeted happily.

[Kiki]

Lira blinked and looked at Yorshri, making a few small motions with her hands. "Irve," Yorshri said. "Umio tamli." The Sirshi nodded. "All I said was it was all right. She asked me what was going on. Sirshi are always mute and most can only 'speak' Fairy sign language which is why this isn't a well-known species; most can't understand them."

[Leafeon]

"Oh. So Lira didn't understand what I said." Melanie replied.
"Char!" Charmander tried to move his arms the same way Yorshri did. "Char!"

[Kiki]

Lira glared at Charmander and Yorshri sweatdropped. "No. She doesn't understand English. And your Charmander just said she was a bag of brussel sprouts. Lira, itemo itka." The Sirishi huffed. "All I said to her was your Charmander made a mistake. Those strange words I'm speaking to her are Fairy."

[Leafeon]

Melanie couldn't help but laugh. Charmander looked at Melanie angrily. "Sorry, Charmander, but you've got to admit it was funny." She said.
"Char." Charmander shurged.

[Kiki]

"Fairy language is hard to learn in any form if you didn't grow up with it," Yorshri said. "The signing system is especially hard."

[Leafeon]

"See, Charmander," Melanie said, "Like Yorshri said, Fairy language is very difficult to understand." Charmander nodded.

[Kiki]

"Yeah. I grew up polylingual, so it isn't really a problem for me," she said. "It'd be kind of odd if I weren't at least bilingual with Fairy and english."

[Leafeon]

"Yeah. Most people know English. I've never heard of Fairy language until you told me about it."

[Kiki]

"Well, coming from somebody who's half Fairy, it'd be hard to not mention it," Yorshri said.

[Leafeon]

"Half-Fairy? Are one of your parents Fairy and is one not Fairy?" Melanie wondered.

[Kiki]

Yorshri sighed. "My father was Fairy and my mother was human," she said, her eyes darkening.

[Leafeon]

Her eyes turned darker! "Oh. I noticed your eyes change color again. Now they're darker. Does that mean you're sad?" Melanie wondered. "If my question upset you, I'm sorry."

[Kiki]

"It's all right," Yorshri said with a sigh. "My past just isn't a very happy one. And yes, my eyes do normally go with my mood. I inherited that from my mother."

[Leafeon]

"Oh." Melanie replied. A bad past? Poor Yorshri, she must have been through a lot.

[Kiki]

"At least the past couple years have been better than the past couple of thousand," Yorshri muttered to herself.

[Leafeon]

"Last thousand...of years?" Melanie was shocked and confused all at once. "Do you mean that you've lived for a thousand years?"

[Kiki]

"Around six thousand in fact," Yorshri said.

[Leafeon]

"Six thousand!" Melanie exclaimed. She couldn't believe it at first, but she trusted Yorshri, even though she had only met her. "You look like you're about 18!"
"Char!" Charmander was quite shocked himself.

[Kiki]

"Actually, I stopped aging at 21, but I can look anywhere between 16 and 21 depending on what I wear and my hairstyle," Yorshri said. "I know, it's a shocker, but I'm telling the truth. On my Ukati I swear. I knwo that doesn't mean anything to you, but just know it's the highest a Fairy can swear unless she's a goddess or priestess with her own Seal."

[Leafeon]

"I believe you," Melanie said, "But it was just so surprising. Sorry I kinda freaked out."

[Kiki]

"It's all right," Yorshri said. "I'm not really used to it, but I expect it from those that know nothing of the magical world. Im not saying you're stupid or anything." She sweatdropped slightly.
